The apartment was absolutely perfect for me. It had everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, a cozy living room with a comfy sofa bed, and a flat-screen TV. The private bathroom was clean and spacious. As someone who loves cooking and watching TV before bed, this apartment checked all the boxes for me.

To be honest, I wasn't a big fan of the electric kettle in the apartment. It just didn't work as efficiently as I would have liked.

Very amiable staff made our stay. Has separate bedrooms and kitchenette. The place is really close to supermarkets as well as the market. It's at a moderate distance from Cafe Las Caracolas, offering treats and coffee/tea...

We had a perfectly pleasant stay in Playa del Ingles just next door to supermarkets and ocean, and beach and restaurants. Location was magnificent, we thoroughly enjoyed it: D

The Gem of the Neighborhood: We stayed at a quiet holiday resort in Playa del Ingles and it was the perfect choice for a relaxing vacation. The resort offered a total of 108 well-equipped apartments with a terrace, which was like having our own little oasis. We enjoyed sipping our morning coffee while basking in the warm sun and taking in the beautiful surroundings. It felt like we were in our own little world, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It was truly a gem in the neighborhood.

Minor Reception Miscommunication.

The rooms were fine, not super fancy but had everything we needed. The pool was huge and had a bar for drinks and snacks, which was perfect for chilling with friends. The staff was amazing and always ready to help. The location was spot on, just a short walk to the Yumbo center. We had a blast and can't wait to go back!

The only thing missing for us young party-goers was a vibrant nightlife scene. It would have been even more fun if there were some cool clubs or parties nearby.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Playa del Ingles. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Yumbo and the beach. The hotel was incredibly clean, and the pool was impressive. The staff was friendly and honest, returning my forgotten cash and cards. The kitchen was well-equipped and the gardens were lovely. I highly recommend this hotel. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Grupotel! The location was perfect for us, just a short 10-minute walk to the Yumbo Centre and The Irish Centre. We loved the large swimming pool and there were plenty of sun loungers for everyone. Having a supermarket right next door was so convenient. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we loved the duplex design which made them feel even more spacious. The pool area was beautiful and the water was great for swimming. The staff, especially the cleaners, were exceptional and provided us with plenty of towels. The beds were surprisingly comfortable with mattress toppers, and we appreciated the extra touches like shower gel and cleaning supplies. a wonderful experience!
